Queen of Sweden Rose – Elegance for Your Garden
As spring breathes life into the world, there’s no better time to transform your balcony or yard into a garden that turns heads.
Today, let me introduce you to the stunning Queen of Sweden Rose, a flower that epitomizes beauty and grace.
This rose, bred by the renowned David Austin, is a favorite among rose enthusiasts and consistently ranks high on lists of the most beloved rose varieties worldwide.
The Queen of Sweden Rose is a shrub rose with excellent upright growth.
Reaching a height of about 1.5 meters and a width of 1 meter, its compact and lush form is easy to maintain.
Whether you plant it directly in the ground or in a pot, it adapts beautifully.
Even in a 15cm-wide pot, it flourishes, with potted heights manageable between 30 to 60 cm. Its vibrant green foliage is glossy and evergreen, making it a year-round decorative choice for your garden or balcony.
The flower of the Queen of Sweden Rose is its crowning glory.
With a bloom diameter of around 8 cm, the rose showcases shallow cup-shaped blossoms arranged with precise layers, resembling a lotus.
Its delicate light pink petals are soft, elegant, and sophisticated, exuding an air of refined beauty.
The blooms cluster together, with multiple flowers on each branch, creating a striking visual when in full bloom.
Picture this: clusters of pastel pink flowers dancing gracefully in the breeze, framed by lush green leaves—an Eden-like vision!
If you’re exploring options for an eden rose for sale, consider the Queen of Sweden Rose as an excellent choice for its ease of care and stunning display.
It’s beginner-friendly, with strong stems, robust roots, and excellent disease resistance.
Whether in full sun or partial shade, this rose thrives with minimal fuss, adapting to both rich care and low-maintenance environments.
For those interested in eden rose care, here are a few tips to keep your Queen of Sweden Rose blooming prolifically:
1. Pruning for more blooms: This rose has a strong apical dominance, meaning it prioritizes growth over flowering. Regularly pinch the main stem and encourage side shoots to form, as flowers bloom on secondary and tertiary branches.
2. Fertilization: After pruning, apply a balanced bloom-boosting fertilizer such as potassium dihydrogen phosphate to encourage flower buds.
3. Sunlight: While the Queen of Sweden Rose tolerates partial shade, it blooms best in full sunlight.
Ensure it receives ample light to maximize flower production.
Whether you’re planting a potted eden rose bush on your balcony or enhancing your yard with ground-planted roses, the Queen of Sweden Rose is a showstopper.
Its ability to bloom year-round, combined with its exceptional beauty and easy maintenance, makes it a must-have for any garden enthusiast.
Add the Queen of Sweden Rose to your collection today—it’s the perfect centerpiece for your very own floral Eden.
🌱 Shipped as a Bare-Root Plant
Our plants are shipped bare root, without a pot or soil.
This method makes the plants safer and easier to transport over long distances.
✂️ Plants Are Pruned Before Shipping
Before shipment, we may carefully prune the branches and foliage of the plant.
This is an intentional part of our preparation process and helps reduce stress,
moisture loss, and damage during long-distance transportation, improving the plant's
chances of arriving safely and establishing successfully after planting.
📦 Your Plant May Look Different Upon Arrival
Because the plant is shipped bare root and may be pruned before dispatch, it may look
smaller or have fewer leaves and branches than the mature plant shown in our product photos.
This is normal for a live plant prepared for shipping and does not mean that the plant is unhealthy.
🌿 After Receiving Your Plant
Please unpack and plant your bare-root plant as soon as possible after delivery.
With proper planting and care, the plant can establish its root system and begin producing
new growth.
We currently ship our live plants to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
After your order is placed, we carefully prepare and pack each plant for shipment. In most cases, your plants will be delivered within approximately 7–10 business days.
Because we ship live plants internationally, delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, local regulations, or carrier delays. We always do our best to pack every plant carefully and help it arrive in healthy condition.
We understand that shipping live plants over long distances can sometimes involve unexpected risks. That's why we provide a Live Arrival Guarantee.
If your plant arrives dead or dies as a direct result of shipping damage, simply contact us and provide clear photos of the plant. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a free replacement plant.
You do not need to return the damaged or dead plant unless specifically requested by our customer service team.
We take plant identification and variety accuracy very seriously. Every order is carefully checked before shipment to help ensure that you receive the variety you ordered.
If you believe you have received the wrong plant variety, please contact us and provide clear photos showing the plant and its identifying characteristics, such as the flowers when available.
Once the variety issue is confirmed, you may choose either:
With live plants, it is extremely difficult for any nursery to guarantee 100% variety accuracy. However, through careful labeling, growing, selection, and order checking, we maintain a variety accuracy rate of approximately 99.9%.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team and include your order number and clear photos of the affected plant. This allows us to review the issue quickly and provide the appropriate solution.
Our goal is simple: healthy plants, correct varieties, and reliable service. If a qualifying shipping or variety issue occurs, we will work with you to make it right.
