About Shipping

Once your order has been packed, it will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email on the day it ships. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To protect our roses from extreme weather changes, we usually defoliate the plants and ship them bare root with limited foliage. This helps keep the roses healthy throughout shipping. We guarantee that your roses will arrive healthy and hardy. New leaves will begin to grow within 2–3 weeks after your roses arrive.
